Ben combines functional breathwork with a transformational breathwork journey. One gives you tools to use in your every day life, the other gives you a powerful experience to help reset and regulate your nervous system. He regularly holds space for rooms of 150+ people. His immersive experiences are also available for workplaces, gyms and 1-1 coaching for anyone who wants to go deeper
