In person coaching
A hands-on coaching experience focused on improving how you move, train and perform in the real world. Sessions are fully tailored to you, your goals, and your current ability.
Ideal for those who value face-to-face guidance and want to build strength, confidence and resilience

● 1-1 sessions focused on strength, movement quality and performance.
● Movement and strength assessment to identify limitations and inefficiencies that may be limiting performance or increasing injury risk.
● Conditioning work that fits your ability, scaled on the day so you leave challenged but not wiped out.
● Breathwork built into training, helping you stay controlled during effort and recover between sets.
● Clear progression over time, with exercises, loads and sessions evolving as your capacity improves.
● Optional integration with online coaching for a hybrid approach. -

Breathwork Consultation
A private session focused on helping you breathe better in everyday life and training. Everything is tailored to you, your goals, and how your body works.

● Simple assessment of how you breathe at rest and in movement
● Identify habits that may be holding back energy or performance
● Personalised breathing exercises using Oxygen Advantage principles
● A 6 week programme to slowly increase your functional breathing capabilities
